pATRICK wALKER - cHIEF eXECUTIVE oFFICER
Co-founder of 1804 Operating. Previously co-founder of RKM Energy Partners, a small energy-focused private equity firm with interests in Texas, California, and Alberta, Canada. Patrick also serves as an executive of Eagle Exploration, a family-owned independent operator in the Texas Panhandle. Patrick holds a BA from the University of Texas and an MBA from Stanford University.
ROBERT RUBEY - Chief Commercial Development Officer
Co-founder of 1804 Operating and a co-founder of RKM Energy Partners. Previously, Robert provided financing to oil and gas companies as a member of Silver Point Capital's energy investment team. Robert holds a BA from the University of Texas and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
Rich Rehm - Chief Operations Officer
Rich has 35 years of experience in the midstream sector. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President of Operations at Regency Energy Partners responsible for all aspects of operations and EHS across five basins. Prior to that, he worked for Energy Transfer Partners, Southern Union Gas Services, DCP Midstream and Phillips Petroleum. His experience includes operations, commercial supply, marketing, business development and engineering. Rich holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration.
Tommy Thompson - Vice President Engineering
As Senior Facility Engineer for Oasis Petroleum, Tommy constructed over 330 miles of production and freshwater pipelines, started 11 SWDs, and constructed and began Oasis' first DOT-regulated gas gathering line. Prior to Oasis, Tommy worked for ConocoPhillips and ExxonMobil Development Company. Tommy has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University with minors in Business, Economics, Entrepreneurship, and Math.
Coby Washburn - Vice President Business Development
Coby served most recently as Vice President of Commercial and Business Development at Energy Transfer Partners (ETP), leading the mid-continental region’s business development efforts with accountability for its financial performance. Prior to Energy Transfer, Coby served as Vice President of Business Development at Regency Energy Partners where he worked on acquisitions totaling more than $7 billion.
RON LICKEY - CHIEF ACCOUNTING OFFICER
Ron has over 20 years of Oil & Gas accounting experience. After graduating from Texas Tech University with a BBA in Accounting, he began his career as a gas plant accountant for Amax Oil & Gas in Houston. He then served various accounting roles in pipeline accounting and gas balancing with Highland Energy, an energy marketing firm in Dallas. He later joined Occidental in their chemicals division. Ron then became Regional Controller for CDX Gas and later served as Vice President of Accounting for IPR USA Co. Ron's background includes both domestic and international Oil and Gas accounting, accounting systems implementations, derivatives management, and experience with domestic and international reserves-based lending. Ron is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
Kevin Cooper - Chief information Officer
Prior to Goodnight Midstream, Kevin was the C.T.O for Kildare Partners, a multinational private equity firm. Kevin has over 20 years experience in IT infrastructure, operations and security management. His current role leverages his operational experience in remote site and data management to support the collection and utilization of field originated data. Kevin has been working on new product development to aid in data collection and staffing optimization.
JULIE WALTER - VICE PRESIDENT MARKETING
Julie has been with Goodnight Midstream since inception. During her tenure, she has managed a variety of the Company's business operations. Prior to joining Goodnight Midstream, she managed investor relations and analysis for RKM Energy, a privately-held energy investment fund. Her experience includes managing financial planning at Neiman Marcus stores and working on Capitol Hill. She holds a BA in economics from Tulane University and attended the MBA program at the University of Texas, with a focus in energy finance.
Ron Martin - Operations Foreman
Ron has worked in the oilfield services industry in the Bear Creek Area in western North Dakota since 1978. For more than 38 years and 7 different owners, he built roads and locations, worked on drilling rigs, work-over rigs, as a contract pumper, and a company pumper. Ron is the 3rd generation to work his family ranch in the beautiful western North Dakota Badlands.
Nate Brown - Operations Foreman
Nate has worked in the oilfield for more than 11 years as a pipeline inspector, a well hand, and a roustabout / operator. During that time and also prior to it, he has extensive outdoorsman experience. He has worked as a professional hunting guide, saddle-maker, ranch manager, and farrier.
Robb Oringderff - Operations Foreman
Robb has worked his way up the ranks of Goodnight Midstream. He began with us as a pumper and was promoted to Operations Foreman of Divide County. He has 25 years of management experience, including workers compensation, OSHA and EEOC. On a personal note, Robb has been married to his wife Darla for 25 years. They have two children and he originally hails from Fort Worth, Texas.
Brian Ayer - Facility Project Manager
At Goodnight Midstream, Brian has worked several positions, most recently Operations Foreman. He has many years of construction experience and currently heads up project management for our new facilities.
Ryan Hoerster - Pipeline Superintendent
Ryan has worked in the oilfield for 10 years. Most recently, he worked as Construction Foreman at Oasis Midstream Services. His experience includes gathering systems construction oversight (production, freshwater and gas), safety policies, environmental protection and facility construction. Prior to the oil and gas industry he was involved in the construction of various freshwater pipeline projects, and spent many years in the construction of underground municipal utilities.
Chad Ivie - Pipeline Superintendent
Chad has 11 years of experience installing gathering systems. Most recently, he served as inspector on several pipeline projects. During his time in the oilfield, he has led teams as an inspector and foreman and has worked as an operator. he has extensive experience with heavy excavation and construction of civil engineering projects.
RObert Todd - Instrumentation and Automation Tech
Robert started his electrical apprenticeship at Pyramid Instrumentation and Electric. He attended Allen Bradley programming courses and has 8 years experience as an instrumentation technician and electrician in the oil & gas industry. Robert has worked as a startup and commissioning technician on two natural gas-fired power plants. Most recently, he served as Maintenance Foreman at Tarpon Energy.
