Our top priority is always safety. We conduct ongoing, comprehensive training for all personnel. All employees have the right to shut down operations at any time for a suspected emergency.

For certain field positions, we provide on-site housing at no charge. Our housing is clean, comfortable and shared by two employees during our usual hitch of two weeks on / two weeks off. Our hitches begin on Tuesday so our field employees can make the most of their weekends at home. In addition, we provide new fire resistant clothing upon hire and at certain points throughout the year.
